Please read this document carefully before using the 47820 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 47820 platform in any capacity, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 47820 as the platform operator. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. This platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 47820 platform. Registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in your account being suspended or terminated without prior warning.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and secure. 47820 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access by a third party due to the user's own negligence. You are required to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 47820 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, including but not limited to fraud, system manipulation, or the use of unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
The use of this platform for any illegal activity is strictly prohibited, including money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law. Users found in breach of these rules may face immediate account suspension and appropriate legal action.
47820 reserves the right to monitor account activity for security and compliance purposes. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or engage in fraudulent methods will be acted upon immediately, including the freezing of assets held in the relevant account.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 47820 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction. 47820 is not liable for losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed. Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that may take between one and three business days. 47820 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review if suspicious activity is detected on the account.

5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
47820 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: confirmed fraud, breach of terms of use, unexplained suspicious activity, misuse of promotions or bonuses, or at the request of law enforcement agencies.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 47820 support team by email. Closed accounts may not be re-registered using the same details without specific approval from management.
In the event of an account suspension due to a terms violation, any remaining balance is subject to review and may be withheld until the investigation is complete. 47820's decision in such matters is final.
6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 47820 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. To the extent permitted by law, 47820 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
All content on the 47820 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of 47820 or its relevant licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any content without prior written consent.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. 47820 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk and does not constitute an endorsement by 47820.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
47820 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version of the applicable terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 47820 platform shall first be resolved through confidential discussion, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
